Abstract

Prophets from Israel had been endeavoring to take their nation out of perverseness and moral subversion. Among these Prophets (A.S) some, observing the morla degradation of the nation of Israel, had a premonition regarding the devastation of Jerusalem, and some even lamented about its devastation. Haxrat Esa (A.S) had also predicted about the destruction of Jerusalem. Hazrat Esa (A.S) was also among the Prophets (A.S), who, form the time of Hazrat Dawood (A.S), had been trying to bring their nation toward the path of virtue and truth. Additioinally, the study of aduices and admonitions of Hazrat Esa (A.S), woven within a metaphorical expression, proves that He (A.S) was a great preacher.
